My career has taken me from aviation and corporate strategy to building businesses of my own and, more recently, developing partnerships and business opportunities in the U.S. market.

I started at LATAM Airlines, working in commercial strategy and planning in Colombia and later joining the innovation team at the company’s headquarters in Santiago, Chile. I then moved into entrepreneurship, building and managing businesses and developing projects across different industries.
After completing my MBA at Hult International Business School, with studies in Dubai and San Francisco, I returned to an international business environment. Most recently, I worked with ProColombia in New York, developing the U.S. market, building strategic relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Across these experiences, strategy has been a constant part of my work, whether evaluating opportunities, developing new initiatives, entering new markets or bringing organizations and partners together around a common objective.
Based in New York, I worked on U.S. market development, combining business development, strategic partnerships and international promotion. My work focused on building relationships with companies, associations and industry partners and identifying new opportunities for Colombia in the U.S. market.

I built and managed businesses in Colombia across hospitality, food, experiences and consumer brands. As Founder & Managing Director, I led strategy, business development, operations and brand growth, taking ideas from concept through execution and expansion.

Running, strength training and staying active are part of how I reset, stay disciplined and keep perspective outside of work.
I enjoy discovering new cities, cultures and ways of living. Travel has shaped much of how I see people, business and the world.
Electronic music has become a creative outlet for me, from live events to learning how to DJ and build my own sets.
I value time outdoors, especially mountains, landscapes and places that create space to disconnect and reset.
Colombian specialty coffee connects me to my roots in Quindío and to the culture, people and stories of the region where I grew up.
